MadeToGrow’s work is anchored in national and international science. Especially the science of how people’s belief in abilities and traits can influence our motivation, performance and the ability to overcome adversity.
Here we distinguish between two different mindsets:
A growth mindset implies a belief that abilities, talents and traits can be developed.
A fixed mindset is the opposite, and implies that we believe that our inborn determine our potential.
